History of TELNITE

1955 September Founded as an affiliates of Teikoku Oil Co., Ltd. with the paid-in capital of ¥10,000,000.
Corporate name:Teiseki Telnite Industry Co., Ltd.
Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Factory: Sakata-city, Yamagata.
1958 December Moved the head office to Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
1959 October Established Research & Development Dept. in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo.
1963 June Increased the paid-in capital to ¥30,000,000.
1966 February Increased the paid-in capital to ¥70,000,000.
  March Moved the head office to Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
1971 October Re-organized as a full service mud company, by consolidating each of mud engineering section of Teikoku Oil Co., Ltd. and Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd.
Changed corporate name as Telnite Co., Ltd.
Increased the paid-in capital to ¥98,000,000.
1974 January Completed a supply system of barite in bulk at Sakata Factory.
1975 June Established a subsidiary company in Singapore (Telnite Singapore Pte. Ltd.).
Participated in the petroleum development project in Bengal-Bay.
1976 November Moved Research & Development Dept. to Sakata-city, Yamagata.
1977 July Participated in the petroleum development project offshore Sakhalin.
1979 March Signed the technical tie-up contract with NL Baroid USA.
1980 November Participated in the petroleum development project at Bohai-Bay in China.
1985 September Signed the general agent contract with NLTC, USA.
1989 April Signed the sales agent contract with Exxson Chemicals Co.
1996 September Established Environmental Technology Service Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary company.
1998 October Established Tokyo Technical Center in Yoshikawa-city, Saitama. Moved Sales & Technical Dept. and Research & Development Dept. (Civil construction and Environment groups) to the Center.
2000 April Established Mud Technical Center in Sakata-city, Yamagata.
2004 March Winded up Telnite Singapore Pte. Ltd.
2008 November Head office moved to 3-29, KandaJinbou-cho Chiyoda-Ku, Tokyo.
2012 March Head office moved to 3-2-3, KandaJinbou-cho Chiyoda-Ku, Tokyo.
